For those who are qualified to apply for this, please prepare the documents according to the announcement and follow the procedures described below:
Application Procedures:
1. Please download and fill out two copies of the Application Form from the website of UISF. Make one copy to be signed and stamped by the department. For the other copy, please leave blank for the section “Opinions from the Recommending University (stamp)”.
2. Kindly get two copies of school recommendation letters from your department, one copy of which to be signed and stamped by the department. For the other copy, please leave the section “Opinions from the Recommending University (stamp)” blank.
3. Get a Certificate of Ranking from your school.
4. Prepare two sets of the supporting materials according to the requirements specified, along with two application forms and submit them to Ms. Chen at Room 103, Building H, on or before June 8, 2015.
Precautions:
1. International students must submit Application Forms in both English and Chinese.
2. During face-to-face interview, the Chinese language ability of the international applicants will be tested.
3. Students going abroad who have received financial aid must submit a self-appraisal at the mid-term and after one year of studying overseas (e.g. if the beginning of the academic year is in September, then submit in January and June the next year).
4. Students going abroad need to submit his/her QQ number, personal contact details and emergency contact details.
5. Students going abroad who have received financial aid must submit inspection report to PKUSZ and UISF.
6. Fund for short-term investigation and observation study activities abroad (overseas) for full-time students from colleges and universities run in Shenzhen does not include following two conditions: exchange students both at home and abroad; students participating investigation and observation study activities abroad (overseas) for more than one year (including one year).
7. Students who have obtained similar scholarship or granted in China are excluded from this application.
