Release the pressure and control our emotions—A special Psychololgy lecture

November 8, 2013, Inviting by Professor Zigang Li, The state counselors Liufeng Wang and Linlin Huang came to our school and gave a special psychology lecture. Mr Wang analyzed the sources of stress and told us how to release the pressure. In addition Miss Huang taught us a special methods to relax. From the special lecture we all realized the importance of controlling emotions and releasing pressure.
