Prof. Yonggui Robin Chi, from Nanyang Technological University, visited our school on Jan. 3, 2014. Prof. Chi’s group focus on the field of organocatalysis, and have made excellent work in the recent years. He gave us a lecture named as “New Opportunities with NHC Organocatalysis: Ester Activations & Beyond” and shared their work in the ester activation with us.
Besides, Prof. Chi talked our students, and shared his experience in scientific research, which made us benefit a lot.
